Prayer For Rest — Find Gods rest when you are weary and exhausted

As EMTs and paramedics, your job is demanding—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. After long shifts filled with urgent calls, life-and-death decisions, and the emotional weight of caring for those in crisis, it’s easy to feel weary. God understands your fatigue and invites you to rest, rejuvenate, and find strength in Him.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28, NIV

In your role, you often bear the weight of others’ pain. You witness the fragility of life, sometimes dealing with loss and suffering far beyond what most people encounter.
